Radio Frequency Engineer

Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to support the Cooperative Threat Reduction mission in cooperation with DTRA partner nations.
Responsibilities for the position include, but not limited to:
Supporting the engineering requirements for overseas surveillance equipment installations through all phases of program management.
Responsible for design and integration of systems.
Reviewing systems capabilities and developing integration methodology to develop detailed systems engineering reference materials.
Conducting needs assessments, gap analysis, procurement support, and performance validation and sustainment on behalf of the program and Defense Thread Reduction AgencyWork across project and contractor teams to meet science and policy objectives in accordance with program cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
Support program leadership in defining regional and technical requirements, establishing long-range plans, defining project and program success factors, and implementing assessment methodologies for achieving consistent, systematic processes.
Make recommendations to the program leadership and facilitate the identification of trends and the desired future state for the program abroad.
Document best practices across all programs, draft lessons learned, and make recommendations to adapt, apply, and embed those practices throughout the project life cycle.
Provide support for organizational development, process implementation, trend monitoring, and continuous process improvement.
Aid in the development of Statements of Work (SOW) and all contract initialization requirements including bidder reference manuals, detailed installation guidelines and systems engineering plans.
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
BA/BS in related fieldsA minimum of years of relevant experience.
Prefer over 5 years.
Project management experience in reviewing contractual documents and following programs through to the final systems/user acceptance testing.
DoD SECRET clearance or higher, or ability to obtain a US clearance.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
