About the Job:
The main objective of the receptionist and accounts payable is answering phones, greeting visitors, ordering office supplies and assisting project managers as needed, process payments to vendors in conjunction with the construction operations and office environment.
Responsibilities:
Personable and friendly answering phones and greeting visitors.
Good organization, detailed, and can multi task ordering office supplies and assisting project managers as needed
Processing invoices for payment in the accounting system
Coordinating paperwork and specific needs to Corporate office to ensure deadlines are met
Process progress billings/payments to sub-contractors
Plan, prioritize and follow up on daily work and follow through with accounts payable in a timely manner
Must have a professional manner with customers and staff
Requirements:
US Citizen
No experience required, and will train, but candidate needs to be reliable, hard working and good attitude.
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a keen sense of follow through
Must have sense of urgency and focus; able to work under tight deadlines.
MS Office Suite skills, i.e., basic Word, Outlook, Excel no formulas required.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills;
Must have a reliable automobile to drive to work; public transportation is not available to this location.
Experience in construction field is a plus
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
