Key Role:
Work with a team of science, engineering, policy, and program management professionals. Perform tasks in acquisition and program and project management areas of expertise to support the full range of missions and activities in a designated country or set of countries. Provide subject matter acquisition expertise in support of program and project planning activities. Create procurement requests in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the DoD 5000-series acquisition directives and instructions. Support the full range of program and project execution activities, including the preparation of acquisition milestone program documentation to support milestone decisions.
Basic
Qualifications:
-1 years of experience with program or project management or contracting in a DoD environment
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Ability to work on a team
-Ability to travel overseas up to 20%
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of US Cooperative Threat Reduction programs
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree
