Candidate performs program management and analytical work in the support of systems, programs, projects, or organizations. The candidate must have exceptional communications and interpersonal skills. Skills must include: requirements development and management, system engineering, and program management. Skills can include risk analysis, operations research, data management, business management/program control, architecture, cost variance analysis, business process reengineering, reliability, survivability and vulnerability analysis, networking, telecommunications, cost and operational effectiveness analysis, modeling, simulation and gaming. Functional technical specialists' typical duties include analysis, planning, mission analysis, establishment of requirements, functional modeling, and development of process and procedures. Experience:
Must have a Master's degree with 14 years' experience, a Bachelor's degree and 20 years.
Prefer a candidate with a systems engineering degree.
Program and project management experience. Also, extreme knowledge in either systems engineering, requirements development, or specialized scientific and engineering technical functions.
Candidates are experts in their engineering and/or systems related fields and disciplines.
This is a contingent position based on customer approval Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
