We are currently seeking aSenior Training Management Specialist/SMEto join our team
The Senior Training Management Specialist/SME must have:
Bachelors Degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent experience (8 years)

Six (6) years of technical experience and four (4) years of experience performing tasks focused on the leadership and/or task management of training management systems.

Has subject matter expertise and can act on hands-on basis to design and implement Training Management Systems.
Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for the management and execution of single projects of simple to medium complexity.
Manages project team and subcontractors, assists in development of project plans and schedules and is responsible for their execution.
Interfaces with customer regarding all aspects of the project, including training.
Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
Identifies program problems and obtains solutions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
