Experience:
o 24 months of role experience is required.
o 24 months of Emergency Department experience is required.
Requirements:
o Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license prior to placement start.
o This role may require floating to additional units and locations o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Shift:
7p-7a with occasional mids 1p-1a - Must be okay with both.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS - Must be from the American Heart Association.
Community Adult and PEDS freestanding Emergency Room.
- must have experience with both Weekend:
Variable-we ask for 5-6 weekend shifts but do not have set weekends.
Holidays:
1 major, 1 minor On-call required:
No on-call required but staff may pick up if they want to.
Common diagnosis / Types of patients Busy community ER/stroke Center- we see everything.
Scrubs:
Navy Blue 1 reference from last 12 months (Nurse Manager reference type)1 reference from last 36 months (Any reference type) Proof of identification required Certifications:
o BLS (Basic Life Support) o ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) o PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) o NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) Skills Checklist:
