Senior Accountant - United Air Temp United Air Temp, a leading company in the trade industry, is opening a new position, Senior Accountant to join our expanding Corporate Finance Team.
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our fast-growing company.
You will be responsible for recording, verifying, reconciling, and entering financial transactions and participating in monthly and annual financial closing and reporting processes.
Senior Accountant - Primary Job Functions:
Support the Controller in preparing accurate, complete, and timely financial statements and management reports Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries for month-end close Maintain lease schedule and comply with new lease accounting standards Develop ad hoc reports using available tools to drive standardized and actionable reporting Participate in responding to inquiries from management, auditors, and regulatory agencies Assist with special projects as assigned Senior Accountant - Skills & Specifications:
Clear understanding of GAAP financial statements Ability to apply finance and accounting knowledge in daily activities Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced spreadsheet functions Excellent communication and collaboration skills Responsive, organized, and detail-oriented Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines Ability to define and implement internal controls and process improvements Experience in a fast-growing company is a plus Passionate, hardworking, and customer-service oriented Senior Accountant -
