In this role, you will assist the Army in developing Engineering Solutions for complex technology programs involving significant technical and schedule risks, and you will recommend innovative and practical approaches to meeting a complex set of goals and constraints.
The primary focus of the role is to provide program engineering support, analyses, planning and documentation support to guide military capabilities through the systems engineering process following the requirements of the DoD 5000 Defense Acquisition System.
More About the Role:
Responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating electronic parts, components, integrated circuitry for electronic equipment, other hardware systems, or electrical engineering applications.
Duties may include analyzing equipment to establish operating data, conducting experimental tests and evaluating results as well as selecting components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability.

Qualifications:
Knowledge and demonstrated skills in:
Control systems, materials technology, alternative power technologies, thermodynamics of heat transfer and air flow analysis, laboratory and field testing/experimental methods, system of systems integration and analysis, computer-aided design and manufacturing, and integrated product and process development.
Research, development and engineering analyses, design, experimental/hardware development and system integration DAWIA SPRDE certification (Level I, II, or III).
