SPA assists the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in developing leading edge technologies to counter WMD in support of CCMDs and transitioning these technologies to services and SOCOM.
SPA provides expertise across the full range of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosives (CBRNE) WMD, Counter Improvised Threat(CIT) and Countering Threat Network (CTN) technologies to support understanding, detection, identification, characterization, denial, control, disabling, defeating, disposing, safeguarding the force, managing consequences, and test and evaluation in support of military and civilian operations.
The Nuclear Detection Technologies mission is to research, develop, evaluate, and transition capabilities to enable the Joint Force to detect, deter, monitor, characterize, and track nuclear threats in order to operate decisively in conflict, competition and crisis scenarios.

Responsibilities:
Provide expertise on various communications architectures incorporating ISR or COMMS systems capabilities across multiple security domains.
Provides test, integration, verification, and validation planning.
Must understand Military requirements and be able to translate the voice of the customer into system level requirements as well as perform requirement traceability and evaluate trade studies for accuracy and completeness.
Reviews and evaluates proposed solutions to ensure design details trace to system requirements.
Will prepare effective presentations to communicate technical information to non-technical professionals and performing other duties as assigned.
10% travel is expected.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related discipline and 2 years experience (or a Graduate degree)Hands-on experience with testing, integrating, and verifying software and/or hardwareISR or COMMS system integration and communications related test experienceKnowledge of requirement traceability methods and purpose, the systems engineering trade study process, and experience with writing subsystem specifications based on system level requirementsExperience conducting verification testing and developing, authoring, and implementing system test plansSecret ClearanceDesired QualificationsTS/SCIModel Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience preferredExperience working with subcontractors and US Government customers.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
