Key Role:
Work with a team of science, engineering, policy, and program management professionals supporting a DoD threat reduction program and provide program analysis in support of management of WMD threat reduction programs. Conduct analyses of threat reduction program activities and provide recommendations to senior leaders on threat reduction program effectiveness. Perform workforce and programmatic evaluations and develop processes and tools to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of US threat reduction programs. Recommend strategies and metrics to decision makers and support the government in the preparation of the numerous meetings and reports in support of decision makers. This position requires up to 20% of overseas travel, is not available for remote delivery, and is located in the Washington, DC National Capital Region.
Basic
Qualifications:
-4 years of experience with management or program analysis
-Experience with in Microsoft Office and other standard office computer systems
-Ability to analyze actions received from various stakeholders and make recommendations to government decision makers
-Ability to provide program analysis in support of senior management oversight of WMD threat reduction policy and programs
-Ability to work on a team
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional
Qualifications:
-Experience with organizational strategy and change management
-Experience with coursework in WMD-related studies
-Knowledge of US Cooperative Threat Reduction programs
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree preferred
